About the job

We are looking for a Product Manager to help us scale our internal and external products as we pursue our aggressive global growth ambitions. As a Product Manager at Drip, you’ll help deliver best-in-class customer experiences and tools to automate trade financing. You’ll empower customers to manage their trade financing process far more efficiently than they do today. If you excel at working closely with customers, sales teams, and especially engineering and design teams to navigate complexity and drive impact, we’d love to hear from you.


What you will work on

  • Deeply understand Drip’s customers and their workflow needs
  • Build and own key parts of Drip’s product strategy and roadmap
  • Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution in the face of ambiguity and complexity
  • Lead cross-functional alignment and coordination with Drip’s leadership team, go-to-market teams, and other key stakeholders
  • Build processes that will scale as the team and company grow


What we are looking for

  • 4+ years of experience as a product manager at a tech company. Experience working on B2B products, finance/fintech and/or in a high-growth startup environment is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, able to navigate high degrees of complexity and ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proven track record of an ownership mindset, customer-first approach, taking initiative and delivering results 
  • Willingness to work with stakeholders across multiple time zones
