Associate, Presales (US Markets)

Your Role:

  • As a Pre-sales associate, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
  • You must be comfortable facing overseas clients (Mostly U.S) and making dozens of calls per day, qualifying prospects, and moving leads forward in the pipeline.
  • You would be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and aggressive follow-ups.
  • You should understand customer needs and requirements, route qualified opportunities, generate interest, and close sales by setting up meetings and achieving quarterly quotas.
  • You should be proactive at figuring out creative ways to reach out and smartly navigate your way to get in touch with decision-makers.

Our Checklist:

  • 0-2 years experience inside sales experience (Freshers are welcome)
  • Track record of over-achieving goals
  • Strong phone presence and experience in dialling dozens of calls per day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Works well within a team and independently
  • Past experience in facing U.S clients & understanding of trade finance would be a plus
  • Shift timing - 6 pm to 3 am
