Your Role:

You will help develop channel partners for customer acquisition in new markets. The position will require strong product understanding, analytical thinking, relationship building, stakeholder management, and an interest in engaging with new channel partners.

  • Establish and maintain Channel Partner relationships to generate more customer leads
  • Guide sales force to arrive at optimal team structure and composition. Ensure that the teams are motivated toward work and are at their optimal productivity level
  • Be responsible for growing the sales team and individual contributors in your team. Provide constant and constructive feedback to the team
  • Support sales through new customer generation from channel partners. Deliver a % of overall marketing growth
  • Structuring and implementing innovative deals by adding value to the channel partner and staying ahead of the competition
  • Prospect potential channel partners using various direct methods, networking, and research
  • Serve as the key channel partner contact on multiple accounts
  • Address complicated queries around Trade Finance and related products

Our Checklist:

  • Bachelor's / MBA degree, with over 6 years of experience in SME sales
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal teams
  • Strong personal network within the industry
  • Driven, highly motivated and results-driven
  • Comfortable working from 7:00 pm to 4:00 am/ 6:00 pm to 3:00 am
