  • Work on High priority projects related to growth and optimization (e.g. sales funnel efficiency, cost optimization, defining targets, priority lists) for the US growth team
  • Creating self-serve analytics dashboards to enable tracking progress against key company objectives and conducting periodic deep dive analyses to assist in strategic decision making
  • Enabling data-driven decisions by collaborating with managers in the US growth team
  • Managing a high volume of data and analysis requests for the US growth team
  • Analyzing portfolio data to inform strategy and decision making



  • A quantitative degree (engineering, economics, statistics, computer science) from a Tier I college in India or the US
  • 4+ years of experience in banking, consulting, or data analytics
  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SQL Python, Tableau, Familiar with Hubspot 
  • Prior experience in the lending business or structured finance is preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactivity, humility, and autonomy are qualities we highly value
  • Role timing - 4 pm to 1 am IST.
