About the team

The Capital Markets team at Drip Capital is responsible for securing the capital and managing the financial partnerships necessary to enable the company's growth. The team manages capital needs Drip's growth and liquidity. It works closely with external lenders and investors to execute the company's funding strategy via credit facilities, securitizations, loan sales, and other secured and unsecured debt solutions. Additionally, the team partners internally with finance, product, engineering, legal, compliance, and risk on various strategic initiatives and is deeply involved in Drip's long-term product planning.

The team is seeking an analytical candidate interested in finance and data analysis to assist in the operational and analytical requirements of Capital Markets transaction lifecycles.

 Your role:

• Manage and build relationships with warehouse partners (banks, funds, etc), lenders and investors to ensure Drip has access to affordable and flexible capita

 • Manage a team of Analysts to lead and streamline processes of Drip’s different credit facilities to run efficiently with minimal errors

• Assist in the creation of funding structures and ongoing due diligence that helps Drip obtain optimal and scalable capital

• Lead and streamline processes around periodic reporting for investor consumption • Analyse portfolio data to inform strategy and decision making

• Develop and maintain compelling investor and marketing presentations for various potential financing counterparties

Our Checklist:

• An MBA or quantitative degree (engineering, economics, statistics, computer science) from a Tier I college in India or the US

• 5-10 years of experience in investment banking, structuring, and private equity. Background in Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) is a plus

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to build positive relationships with clients and to partner with teams across various functions and locations

• Good judgment and excellent interpersonal skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong client service and data orientation mindset

• Strong individual and team performance mentality with an ownership mindset

• Familiarity with a statistical programming language (i.e., Python) preferred

• Proactivity, humility, and autonomy are qualities we highly value

• Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL
