Your Role:
  • The prime responsibility is to maintain CEO/CFO relationships with SMEs to originate business
  • Drive sales through existing customers. Deliver a % of overall revenue growth from allocated clients
  • Adding value to the client and staying ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals
  • Serve as the key client contact on multiple accounts
  • Grow revenue per customer on a month on month basis
  • Address complex customer queries around Trade Finance and related products
  • Owns and hits/exceeds annual origination numbers within assigned territory and accounts
  • Builds relationships with customers, develops and executes strategic plan to achieve targets and maintain zero customer dropouts

  • Aggressive sales professional who can think through how to increase wallet share from existing customers
  • Has owned 40+ accounts
  • Has managed a team of 4+ people
  • You have a consistent proven track record in exceeding revenue targets and take ownership of the tasks you are assigned
  • You learn quickly, are comfortable with numbers and have strong quantitative skills
  • Basic understanding in Trade Finance/ Finance
  • Proficiency in local language is a big plus
  • Should be willing to travel
  • Bachelor's / MBA degree, with 5+ years of experience in sales
