Your Role:

  • Involved in Non-Tech and/or Tech hiring – Bulk and Lateral.
  • Execution of recruiting strategies to fill open positions and build a pipeline of candidates relevant to Drip; proactive high-level sourcing, such as Linkedin Recruiter and finding passive candidates through multifaceted internet searches and networking
  • Managing the recruitment process and applicant flow in our Application Tracking System
  • Coordinating with hiring managers and candidates for and scheduling interviews
  • Ensuring a good candidate experience and engaging candidates until the offer stage
  • Vendor identification and management as required

Our Checklist:

  • 2-4 years of industry experience in non-tech and/or hiring in recruitment agencies and/or product companies with full life-cycle recruiting experience to help attract and retain the best candidates
  • Preferably an education degree in HR
  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective relationships and must continually seek new sourcing options
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
  • Possess strong analytic skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
  • Collaborative, passionate about being part of a high-performing team, and willing to support special projects or initiatives as needed
