Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven sales individual to join our Channel Partnerships team. In this strategic role, you will be instrumental in building and managing key relationships, driving sales growth, and supporting Drip Capital's expansion through channel partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and exceed monthly and quarterly targets, directly contributing to Drip Capital’s growth strategy.
  • Establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with partners and clients, leveraging these connections to expand our market reach.
  • Collaborate within the Channel Partnerships team to create impactful alliances and develop new business opportunities, driving both partner and company success.
  • Actively engage with your team and across departments, fostering a collaborative environment that drives team success and achievement of shared goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will:

  • Bring 2-3 years of proven sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets and support team success.
  • Show a strong history of high performance and resilience in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Be a strategic thinker with the ability to plan for current and future opportunities, ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Have a results-oriented approach, consistently focusing on achieving measurable outcomes and overcoming challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a Channel Partnership role or related position, with expertise in building and managing partner relationships, is highly preferred.
