Key Responsibilitie:
- Engage with customers via phone and email to address inquires, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues to appropriate channels when necessary
- Acquire a deep understanding of company products and services to accurately assist customers and offer relevant information
- Pay attention to detail, making sure everything is accurate and correct in tasks like data entry, documentation, and problem-solving.
- Can handle deadlines and pressure with a cool head, ensuring quality work even in fast-paced situations.
- Should be comfortable doing both Customer Service and Invoice Operations.
- Effective in building positive relationships and communication with various stakeholders
