About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic Product Manager with 4–5 years of relevant experience in the financial services domain (preferably banks, NBFCs, or fintechs). This role is focused on the non-technical aspects of product management — including strategy, process design, and operational alignment — and is best suited for professionals with an MBA or similar background who have worked across cross-functional teams to improve product delivery through process excellence rather than engineering execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain Product SOPs across all product lines ensure documentation is current, accurate, and aligned with internal standards.

  • Conduct regular reviews of product operations to ensure processes are being followed and are delivering intended outcomes.

  • Identify process gaps or inefficiencies in the product lifecycle, develop and drive strategic initiatives to enhance operational robustness.

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams including Operations, Risk, Customer Experience, and Compliance to ensure product integrity and alignment with business goals.

  • Ensure governance and internal alignment for any new process or product initiatives, including stakeholder buy-in and rollout planning.

  • Support leadership with insights on product performance and strategic opportunities for improvement based on ground-level process analysis.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4–5 years of experience in product management with a focus on strategy, operations, and process design.

  • Prior experience in banks, NBFCs, or fintechs is a must.

  • Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

  • Comfortable managing product roadmaps from a business and operations perspective rather than a technical or engineering one.
