About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to anchor the Strategy & Insights function. You’ll be at the intersection of data science, business strategy, and cross-functional execution—playing a pivotal role in shaping data-driven decisions across the company.

You will lead the development of high-quality analytics, performance measurement frameworks, and decision-support systems for leadership and strategic initiatives. This is a high-impact role with significant visibility to the leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders across product, finance, growth, and risk.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar quantitative fields. Preference for top-tier institutions (e.g., IITs, BITS, NITs).

• Experience: MUST HAVE: At least 2–4 years of experience in analytics or data-driven roles, ideally within a corporate setting such as financial institutions or a data consulting environment.

• Technical Proficiency:

• Advanced SQL skills; proficiency in Python/R for data analysis is a plus.

• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase).

• Familiarity with statistical modeling and forecasting techniques is a bonus.

• Mindset & Soft Skills:

• Data-first thinker with a passion for uncovering insights through rigorous analysis.

• Strong storytelling and presentation skills for translating data into strategic narratives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Business Performance Monitoring & Insights
Design and manage real-time dashboards, conduct root-cause analyses, and define KPIs to track performance across business lines and new initiatives.

2. Strategic Modeling & Forecasting
Build predictive and diagnostic models develop data-backed business cases and forecasts in collaboration with finance and product teams.

3. Cross-Functional Analytics Execution
Support analytics workstreams on strategic projects, turning complex data into clear executive-ready narratives and actionable recommendations.

4. Decision Support for Leadership
Provide analytical support for leadership decisions, quarterly reviews, and board presentations with sharp, insight-driven storytelling.

5. Market & Customer Intelligence
Perform deep dives into customer segments, market trends, and competitors to guide product, market, and operational strategies.
