As a Sales Manager for US Growth, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion within the United States market. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, build relationships with potential clients, and achieve sales targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and report to the senior management to ensure the company's sales goals are met.

Job Location - Solitaire Corporate Park, Andheri, Mumbai

Work Model - Work from Office Mon-Fri. Saturdays and Sundays are off

Shift timings - US Shift Timings (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand existing markets, and increase the company's customer base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, key stakeholders, and industry partners to drive sales.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract negotiations to close deals and secure new business.
  • Develop sales plans, set sales targets, and create sales forecasts to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Lead and manage a sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to maximize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Generate regular sales reports and analyze sales data to evaluate performance and progress towards sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer information, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of sales transactions and interactions.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, sales techniques, and competitive landscape through professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • 6 plus years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of the US market, sales trends, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Experience in managing and leading a sales team, providing coaching and mentoring to maximize performance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales and marketing software.
