Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing overdue accounts and follow up with clients for outstanding payments.
  • Support the team in preparing reports and maintaining accurate records.
  • Help respond to basic customer inquiries and resolve payment issues under supervision.
  • Learn and gain exposure to collections processes, legal guidelines, and customer service best practices.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage in client-facing interactions.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive attitude, with the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working from 12pm tp 9pm, Mumbai 
• Comfort with making collection-related calls and ensuring professionalism during client interactions.
• Any prior experience or exposure to risk management, client servicing, collections, or finance will be a plus.
