Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication.
• Analyze client data and documents to assess risks and support decision-making.
• Assist with collections, including calling clients whose payments are due and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding invoices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client queries efficiently.
• Assist in preparing risk reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives within the team.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive attitude, with the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
• Flexibility and willingness to work the night shift (6 PM to 3 AM IST).
• Comfort with making collection-related calls and ensuring professionalism during client interactions.
• Any prior experience or exposure to risk management, client servicing, collections, or finance will be a plus.
