Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Onboarding Coordination: Manage end-to-end onboarding for new joiners, including scheduling welcome emails and initiating the Background Verification (BGV) process.
  • HRMS and MIS Updates: Maintain accurate records of employee lifecycle changes, including joiners and exits, in HRMS platforms.
  • Payroll and Insurance Management: Update payroll with new joinee details, manage monthly additions and deletions for insurance, and ensure employees have app and e-card access.
  • Invoice Management: Upload HR-related invoices for payment processing on internal payment portal.
  • Employee Engagement: Contribute creative ideas and assist in executing engagement initiatives and rewards & recognition programs.
  • Buddy Management: Oversee buddy assignments for new employees, fostering a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Pre-Joining Connect: Reach out to new joiners 1-2 weeks before their start date to facilitate a seamless joining experience.
