About the Channel Partners Team:

Within the US market, our primary avenue for client acquisition revolves around partnerships. Partners represent entities and individuals offering professional services tailored to companies typically small and medium businesses. These partnerships encompass various entities, including financial brokers, online marketplaces, logistics agents, and other fintech companies. At Drip Capital, we engage in revenue-sharing agreements with our partners to foster mutual growth and success.

We’re looking for a Channel Partnerships leader to oversee our channel partner program in certain verticals, and scale it to the next level. You will manage many of our relationships with channel partners and find new channel opportunities. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will work closely with sales and marketing to ensure channel partners drive more revenue for the organization.


  • Identify and onboard new US-based channel partners that engage with our type of clients that need working capital solutions
  • Implement best practices that identify, onboard, and engage partners to invest in our success
  • Set short- and long-term channel strategies and goals for your verticals to hit your KPIs
  • Manage and optimize the performance of existing partners, devising strategies for enhanced sales and revenue
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop joint messaging, and execute campaigns and events to drive channel leads, pipeline, and deal progression
  • Create partner incentive programs that drive loyalty and increase the volume of sales in key partner accounts
  • Coordinate with marketing to drive top of funnel and create relevant materials for partners
  • Develop and oversee channel partner budgets and forecasts
  • Track and report channel partners performance metrics such as sales and revenue
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, cultivating relationships and promoting our brand
  • Grasp client needs and match them with suitable partners, persuading the latter of the benefits of collaboration


  • Proven track record in identifying and selling to the US or European business market - Your ability to be able to develop relationships and trust via video or calls
  • High energy and intensity to keep pushing ahead despite potential setbacks you may face
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Your clients  find you articulate and responsive to their needs
  • Strong bias to execution and getting things done - You will have support but the expectation is to be able to generate new partners by working independently and collaborating across teams
  • Get into the weeds but also understand the big picture
  • Background in enterprise sales or partnerships within a Series D or earlier startup
  • Be obsessed with top-of-the-funnel
  • Self-motivated and driven
