Sales Development Representative - US

The ideal candidate will help drive revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of sales leads and helping create the market strategy. You will be responsible for establishing a strong relationship with new prospects as well as maintaining a strong relationship with existing accounts. Your effective communication and interpersonal skills will help you succeed within the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound efforts such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Schedule meetings with the clients to discuss product features, benefits, and value proposition
- Ensure all client needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Be proactive at figuring out creative ways to reach out and smartly navigate your way to get in touch with decision-makers
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience selling to US, Europe, and Canada clientele
- Experience in outbound presales, with the ability to generate leads independently
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
- Shift timing - 6 pm to 3 am (Night Shift)
