Job Responsibilities:
 
Staff Management and Training:
  • Attendance monitoring and coordination of security and housekeeping staff.
  • Ensuring proper training for staff through vendor coordination.
Facilities Maintenance:
  • Oversight of regular cleaning of office spaces and monitoring premises cleanliness.
  • Maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and building structures.
 Vendor Management:
  • Processing vendor payments and maintaining relationships with approved vendors.
  • Coordinating services, negotiations, and logistics with vendors.
Financial Coordination:
  • Maintaining petty cash statements and checking vendor invoices.
  • Collaborating with the finance team for expenditure forecasting and logistics flow.
Administrative Support:
  • Managing office logistics such as parking space allocation, waste disposal, and building security.
  • Organizing refurbishments, service appointments for electrical/plumbing issues, and rent payments.
 Travel Support:
  • Manage efficiently end-to-end travel arrangements for employees by covering flights, accommodations, transport, and itineraries.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office technology tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling diverse administrative tasks.
  • Strong interest and willingness to contribute beyond day-to-day administrative duties.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent experience, with at least 2 years of specialized administrative support experience.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and unstructured startup environment.
