Job Title: Associate – Collections

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Collections Associate to join our team in Mumbai. This role involves hands-on involvement in the end-to-end collections process and offers exposure to credit control, risk assessment, and customer relationship management in a professional B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular follow-ups with sellers and buyers for outstanding payments via calls and emails
  
  

• Track shipments and align collections with delivery milestones
  
  

• Convert outstanding receivables into effective Promises to Pay (PTP)
  
  

• Identify potential risks and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
  
  

• Ensure adherence to internal compliance and collection protocols
  
  

• Achieve assigned collections targets and contribute to overall team performance
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  
  

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in collections
  
  

• Prior experience in B2B collections preferred
  
  

• Experience handling high-ticket-size accounts
  
  

• Exposure to escalation management and compliance-driven collections is an advantage
