About the Role

We’re looking for an UX Designer who can own projects end to end—from understanding user needs to delivering well-crafted solutions. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to design intuitive, scalable experiences and influence product decisions through strong UX thinking.
You will be responsible for both UX thinking and high-quality UI execution across key product journeys.

What You’ll Do

• Own UX aspects of product problems from research and problem framing to final delivery

• Conduct user research, customer interviews, and usability testing to synthesize insights and translate complex workflows into simple, user-friendly journeys through user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma

• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

• Use data, analytics, and qualitative insights to validate and iterate on designs

• Present design rationale clearly and manage feedback from multiple stakeholders
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years of experience in UX Design / Product Design

• Strong understanding of UX fundamentals: research, information architecture, interaction design, usability

• Hands-on experience with research and customer engagement

• Proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, design systems)

• Experience working on regulated or data-heavy products

• Exposure to analytics tools and usability metrics
