About the role :
We are looking for a Brand Marketing leader with strong experience in B2B companies to rebuild and scale our brand globally.
This role will own brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling, working closely with the CEO, Head of Product & Head of Marketing to ensure a cohesive and high-impact go-to-market approach.
This is a high-ownership, individual contributor role where you will lead the brand function end-to-end, supported by designers and content creators.
What You Will Own
Brand Strategy & Rebranding
- Lead the end-to-end rebranding effort for the company.
- Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions for SMEs globally
- Build a strong, differentiated B2B brand identity
- Ensure consistency across all touchpoints (website, campaigns, sales collateral)
Messaging & Narrative
- Create the core brand narrative and storytelling framework
- Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling customer-facing messaging
- Build messaging that Demand Gen teams can amplify across channels
Go-To-Market (Brand Lens)
- Partner with Demand Generation to shape GTM strategies and launches
- Ensure campaigns are on-brand, differentiated, and high-impact
- Support market expansion with localized or segment-specific positioning
Content & Thought Leadership
- Own the content direction and brand voice
- Drive thought leadership, storytelling, and top-of-funnel engagement
- Guide development of content that builds credibility and trust with SMEs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with CEO, Marketing Head & Product Head
- Enable sales with strong brand-led narratives and collateral
- Guide designers and content writers to ensure cohesive brand execution
Brand Health & Impact
- Define and track brand metrics (awareness, recall, perception)
- Continuously refine brand strategy based on market feedback and insights
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B brand marketing
- Proven experience in building or rebranding B2B companies
- Strong expertise in positioning, messaging, and storytelling
- Ability to operate independently and own the brand function end-to-end
- Strong understanding of SME audiences or similar business segments
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment
