About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive new client acquisition for unsecured business loans targeted at Exporters in India exporting to the US and Mexico.
The role involves outbound lead generation, field sales meetings, relationship building with exporters, and developing strong channel partnershipsparticularly with banking channel partnersto generate high-quality business loan leads.

Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound New Client Acquisition
• Identify and generate leads through outbound prospecting (cold calls, email outreach, referrals, networking).
• Conduct field meetings with exporters to understand their working capital requirements.
• Pitch unsecured business loan products tailored for exporters shipping to the US/Mexico.
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to disbursement coordination.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets.

2. Channel Partnership Development
  • Identify and onboard Banking Relationship Managers, Freight Forwarders, Logistics providers, Fintech platforms, and Export Consultants.
  • Build relationships with relationship managers and branch teams in partner banks.
  • Generate business through bank channel referrals and co-lending opportunities.
  • Conduct joint meetings with channel partners and clients when required.
  • Drive revenue contribution from channel partnerships.

Eligibility & Experience
  • 3 -8 years of experience in Sales/Business Development within Fintech, Banking (SME/BBG), Logistics/Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain Finance, or Export Houses.
  • Experience in unsecured lending or export finance is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales and field-based acquisition.
  • Prior experience working with bank channel partnerships is a strong advantage.
  • Strong network among exporters, CAs, DSAs, or banking professionals preferred.
