Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support our
documentation and operational processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
verifying trade and shipping documents, creating required documentation, maintaining
accurate records, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Verify and review shipping and trade documents
Prepare and create operational documents:
- Commercial Invoices
- Packing Lists
- Certificates and other related documentation
Ensure timely and accurate processing of documentation as per company
compliance and regulatory requirements.
Maintain and manage operational data records with high accuracy.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve document discrepancies and ensure
smooth execution of operations.
Generate reports and maintain documentation trackers using Microsoft Excel.
Required Skills
Strong numerical and calculation skills.
Good understanding of data management and record keeping.
Hands on experience in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, sorting, filtering, and
basic reporting).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
Familiarity with shipping and trade documents such as BL, BOE, invoices, packing
lists, and certificates.
Work Schedule
Fixed shift: 3:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight.
Willingness to work on weekends as per the monthly roster and business
requirements.
